Camp Invention is coming to Saint James School!  The camp will be held on June 18-22, 2012, at Saint James School.  For more information, please click on the link to a flyer about this great opportunity.

We would like to congratulate the following 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students on their speech team results from a recent competition at St. Ignatius. Each memorized and performed a speech from various categories. The students have been preparing for quite some time and have put a lot of effort into perfecting their speeches.

In 6th Grade:
Madison Stone won a white ribbon for her serious monologue.
Madison Weber and Erica Fries won trophies for their serious dialogue.
Meghan McCreary and Renee Wood won white ribbons for their humorous dialogue.

In 7th Grade:
Olivia Ritter and Marisa Peters won white ribbons for their humorous dialogue.
Josh Woodward and Layne Frederick won blue ribbons for their humorous dialogue.
Mary Beiter and Maddie Munro won red ribbons for their serious dialogue.

In 8th Grade:
Haley Gillman won a white ribbon for her humorous monologue.
Andy Girmann won a trophy for his humorous monologue.
Zach Brueneman won a blue ribbon for his storytelling.
Patrick Hobing won a blue ribbon for his storytelling.
Meghan Lanter won a blue ribbon for her serious monologue.
Casey Pickens won a blue ribbon for her serious monologue.
Sarah Elchynski won a blue ribbon for her serious monologue.
Heidi Sohngen and Molly Boeckermann won white ribbons for their humorous dialogue.
