Congratulations to 6th grade student Cole Tereck! Cole submitted artwork for the LaSalle High School Art Fair held on Saturday, April 28. Cole was awarded the 6th grade first place ribbon. Cole’s piece that won is a pencil drawing of a dragon titled “Fear Itself”. We are very proud of Cole’s artistic accomplishments!

We did it!  The students have reached and surpassed our goal for the Panther Prowl walk-a-thon.  To date, over $17,000 has been collected to support our goal of classroom renovations.

Students have earned Friday, May 4 off school!

Thank you to everyone for their support of Saint James School!

We are excited to announce that students in grade K-8 will be taking Spanish next year!  Students in K-6 will take Spanish one day a week as a “specials” class.  Students in 7 & 8 will continue with the current program, testing into it as an elective option.

On Thursday, May 3, 2012, the students of Saint James will be participating in our Third Annual Panther Prowl Walk-a-thon.  Students will be joined by their teachers, families, and friends as they walk the paths of a neighborhood park.

In celebration of our school building's 100th Anniversary, we are raising funds for classroom updates.  Our goal this year is to raise $15,000.

We are hoping that you can help us meet our goal with a gift.  Any donation is greatly appreciated.  Your donation will help Saint James School become an even better place for our students to learn.

Thank you for making a difference for the students of Saint James School.
