St. James School is a Catholic kindergarten through eighth grade elementary school located in the White Oak neighborhood. Established in 1843, St. James is proud to offer a rich tradition of academic excellence in a nurturing, faith-filled community.

St. James is the only elementary school in the nation to have earned the prestigious National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award from the U.S. Department of Education four times.
